Live 2D Virtual Arcade Controller!

Installation instructions:

1. Open "v_arcade_con.zip" and extract the contents of the archive into the "Live2DModels" folder of your VTubeStudio installation.

2. Open the left-side menu of VTubeStudio by double-clicking.

3. Click the Live2D-Model icon (the large, topmost icon).

4. In the menu appearing at the bottom, select "v_arcade_con0".

5. Try using your controller. If things are moving, proceed directly to step 10 - otherwise read further.

6. In the left-side menu, go to options by clicking the cogwheel-icon.

7. At the top, navigate to the model options by clicking the icon with the person and cogwheel on it (the third from the left).

8. On the right side, controller input to model output mappings will be listed.

   You may change inputs and outputs by clicking on the blue "input" and "output" buttons respectively.

   Ensure the following mappings are set:

8.1.  Input "NP_LStickX" maps to output "ParamAngleX"

8.2.  Input "NP_LStickY" maps to output "ParamAngleY"

8.3.  Input "NP_ButtonA" maps to output "Param"

8.4.  Input "NP_ButtonB" maps to output "Param2"

8.5.  Input "NP_R2" maps to output "Param3"

8.6.  Input "NP_L2" maps to output "Param4"

8.7.  Input "NP_ButtonX" maps to output "Param5"

8.8.  Input "NP_ButtonY" maps to output "Param6"

8.9.  Input "NP_R1" maps to output "Param7"

8.10. Input "NP_L1" maps to output "Param8"

9. You may now close the options menu by clicking the red "close"-icon in the top-right of the screen.

10. Convert the model into an item. To do this, open the menu on the left side, and in the row with the three green icons, choose the middle one.

11. Select the second option from the top, which reads "Load current model as Live2D Item" by left-clicking and then confirming your selection by left clicking the blue "Select" button.

12. A dialog will pop up. Press "OK".

13. Configure according to your own likings and click the blue "Save" button.

14. Another dialog will pop up. For the purposes of this explanation, select "No".

You may now load your VTuber model as per usual, then use the middle, green button in the left-side menu to load the "v_arcade_con" item.

Position and resize to your own liking.
